Clay Cupcakes

These clay cupcakes were created by 3rd graders. And yes, they even used real sprinkles! After students created these clay cupcakes, they had to create an advertisement as if they were trying to sell their cupcake! The students surprised me by how excited they were to create an advertisement. They couldn't wait to get to that part of the project. It was neat to make the connection of advertising as a real life career that involves art!
